Hey! I think as Eagle does, you bring it, but you remain careful. Maybe put it in your bag in some places worst that others that you have to go through. Don't flaunt it out at night, keep it half under a jacket if the weather permits, etc.

Hum thanks for all the input! Yeah, I'M still contemplating it. Other projects have put off my travels for another little while, but my mom and I are still planning on going It will either be Fall 2010 or Spring 2011. So spring is farther aahah It depends on the $$. I'll meditate on all the input and be back If I go in spring, it will be late spring like end of May because of the class I'm taking for my master's. xoxo

Hi!
I have two seasons for Italy 2011, either fall or late spring (may). What will I get to see in one season that I won't in the other? Any favorites?

WHat is up with this place? Nobody ever pops in anymore... I miss the old GFE group. WHere are you all? The only one that still pops in seems to be Eagle....

Hi! Will is right, the farther south you go, the better chances of getting nice weather. This is though, it depends on what you like. I'm not a sunshine beach girl and I don't like to freeze either.
I love early spring in western Europe. Things start to bloom, you have the first short-wearers, sandal-fanatics, etc. It's a whole different experience, just be aware of the rain and keep a raincoat or an umbrella, that's the downside!
Have fun

Well, I now have the EF-S 55-250 and the EF-S 18-55 on top of the 50 mm.
I'm a happy camper. I went to Phillie and NY for Easter, and had such a blast!
